Tower Three began through a purely organic meeting (like what we did there?) between Michael, Anthony and Isaias. Our saga kicked off in 2018, when brothers Michael and Anthony purchased a two-family home in Dorchester, Massachusetts. A skilled contractor (and cannabis enthusiast) in his own right, Isaias came on board via a mutual friend to help us complete the renovation in record time.
Little did we know at the time, but that fateful project would lead to a four-year odyssey that would culminate in achieving our collective dream of opening a premium-quality cultivation facility.
After thousands of pages of paperwork, city meetings, and jumping through the hoops of state regulation, we’ve down designed and built a 12,000 sq. ft. facility where we can tightly control the process. The outcome of a true passion project, we are finally able to show the world (legally) why we have one of the best products available on the market today.
Here is what happened and the above is my attempt at making a story out of it.

Michael has a BS in Civil Engineering from The University of Rhode Island. Michael worked as a civil engineer for 13 years and took the leap into the cannabis industry full time in 2021 after assisting with the initial paperwork and build-out of the Tower Three facility. When Michael has time away from the business side of the industry and the cultivation team does not need an extra hand filling some pots or trimming some bud, he still plays in basketball leagues and loves spending time with his wife and one-year-old daughter Eleanora before a nice relaxing session of Dosidos.

Anthony has a BS in Finance from Bryant University and a MBA in Corporate Finance from Northeastern University. Anthony is also the Selectmen Chairman of West Bridgewater. Anthony leads the financial aspect of the Tower Three team and when he is not crunching numbers, he enjoys spending his time at the beach with his dog Riplee.

Kayla has a BA in Political Science & Psychology from The University of Miami and a JD from Suffolk University School of Law. Kayla assists in the legal and contractual aspects of the Tower Three and her other full time job is raising her and Isaias’ two daughters.

Isaias owns a construction company that designs and builds cannabis cultivation facilities, restaurants, and residential homes. Isaias and his crew assisted in the design and completed the build-out for the Tower Three home in Taunton, MA. Isaias also has over 15+ years of growing experience and assists the Master Grower, Billy Fuller, in the day-to-day care for the plants. Isaias has a seed collection to be amazed of and is most excited about bringing some of his favorite back OG strains to the public.

James grew up in New York City, where he first spurred his deep rooted passion for cannabis. He moved to Boston in 2005 to study film and (after graduation) in 2009 he opened an art gallery that became a destination for counter culture artists and creatives.
Growing for over 15 years and functioning in the legal market in Massachusetts since its inception, James has become known for the quality of flower he produces, natural and sustainable farming practices, as well as for his genetics under the moniker TeamingWithTerps.
